At Mabuu Concept, we aim to provide a convenient and transparent delivery experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains our U.S. shipping coverage, available delivery services, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and important information regarding the shipment of orders placed through our store.

1. Shipping Coverage

Mabuu Concept currently ships orders within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping. Orders with delivery addresses located outside the United States cannot be shipped or fulfilled under our current shipping services.

Customers must provide a complete and valid U.S. delivery address during checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Charges

Mabuu Concept offers the following domestic shipping options:

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping charge: $15.00

Express Shipping is available for customers who prefer a faster delivery service.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping charge: $8.00
Free Standard Shipping

Customers receive FREE Standard Shipping when the qualifying order amount is $70.00 or more.

Qualifying order: $70.00 and up
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping charge: FREE

Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. If Express Shipping is selected, the regular $15.00 Express Shipping charge will apply.

3. Shipping Rates at Checkout

The applicable delivery methods and shipping charges will be presented during checkout before an order is finalized.

Our domestic shipping structure is:

Express: 1–2 business days — $15.00
Standard: 3–5 business days — $8.00
Standard for orders $70.00 and up: 3–5 business days — FREE

Please review your selected shipping option carefully before submitting your order.

4. Order Processing

After an order has been successfully placed, Mabuu Concept may require time to verify, prepare, and package the merchandise before handing it over to the shipping carrier.

Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Therefore, the estimated 1–2 or 3–5 business day delivery period may begin after the package has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Periods

Delivery timeframes provided by Mabuu Concept are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed arrival dates.

Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays.

Actual delivery times can vary because of factors such as severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, seasonal shipping volumes, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Please verify all delivery details before completing checkout, including:

Street address
Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable
City
State
ZIP code

Mabuu Concept is not responsible for shipping problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing or fulfillment has begun.

7. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information may be provided when an order has been shipped.

After receiving tracking details, please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update its tracking system. Tracking activity may not appear immediately after the shipping label is created.

Once the shipment is in transit, the carrier's tracking system will generally provide the latest available information regarding its delivery progress.

8. Shipping and Carrier Delays

Mabuu Concept works to ensure orders are prepared and shipped appropriately, but certain delivery circumstances are outside our control.

Carrier delays may occur because of severe weather, transportation issues, operational disruptions, high-volume shipping periods, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your order appears to be substantially delayed, please contact us so we can review the available tracking information and provide reasonable assistance.

9. Undeliverable Packages

A package may be considered undeliverable if the carrier cannot complete delivery because of an incorrect address, incomplete delivery information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other carrier-related circumstances.

Undeliverable shipments may be returned to Mabuu Concept.

If your order is returned to us, please contact our customer service team to discuss the available options. Additional shipping costs may apply when reshipment is necessary because incorrect or incomplete address information was originally provided.

10. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, porch, entrance, reception area, or other secure locations where the carrier may have placed the shipment.

You may also wish to check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the applicable shipping carrier.

If the shipment remains missing, contact Mabuu Concept with your order information so we can review the available delivery details.

11. Damaged Shipments

If your package or merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Mabuu Concept promptly after delivery.

We recommend retaining the original shipping materials and taking clear photographs of the outer package, internal packaging, and damaged merchandise. This documentation may be useful when reviewing the issue.

Any applicable return, refund, exchange, or replacement request may also be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

12. International Orders

Mabuu Concept does not ship internationally.

Our current shipping services are limited exclusively to eligible addresses within the United States. We are unable to deliver orders to international destinations.

13. Updates to This Shipping Policy

Mabuu Concept may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in shipping rates, delivery services, carrier arrangements, fulfillment procedures, or business operations.

Any revised version will be made available through our online store with the applicable updated date.
